We were then told that to park our car in the hotel car park it would be another 8 dollars a night. Four times this was repeated to us in the end we asked for the manager who sorted it straight away and we had two rooms practically next to each other.
Again she said upgrade and you can have one.
We declined and asked why the other room would not be ready until 5.00pm. When we got there we were told only one room was ready but if we upgraded for and extra 20 dollars a night we could have the second room straight away. The hotel and staff were only there to take your money.we were told we could book in from 3.00pm.
